Brown Sugar Streusel

Description

This Brown Sugar Streusel can be baked for an added crunch on top of desserts or use to top your favorite muffins, breads and cupcakes! It is sweet, tender and crunchy!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 148 g Sugar (⅔ cup)
  • 50 g Light brown sugar (¼ cup)
  • 408 g All purpose Flour (3 ⅓ cup)
  • 2 g Salt (½ t)
  • 312 g Butter (1 ⅓ cup + 1 T)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on medium low until combined.
Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350°F

OR

Crumble unbaked on Cookies, muffins, cakes

Notes

Can be stored 1 month refrigerated or 3 months frozen. It is easier to use when stored wrapped in plastic.
