These Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft and thick just like your favorite chewy chocolate chip cookie but packed with peanut butter flavor.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Whisk together the flour, cake flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine butter, peanut butter granulated sugar and brown sugar, and beat until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition; add vanilla with the last egg.
Slowly add flour mixture until just combined (5-7 additions); then stir in chocolate.
Make large balls of dough (about 1 ½ inches in diameter) or you can use a 2 inch cookie scool and roll them into balls.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the outsides have browned but the centers still look soft. Cool for 10 minutes on the cookie sheet and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
