Instructions
Combine apples, lemon juice, zest, sugar, spices, and salt.
Refrigerate at least 1½ hours, stirring occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix topping ingredients and work in butter.
Assemble in a baking dish.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until bubbling.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
