    Thanks for the help with the Apricot Cookie fulling. I received this recipe from my mother in law 48 years ago. But always bought apricot butter for the filling. Recently this old store stopped carrying this product. So, this is perfect

    I made the italian buttercream, you have such good explanations and easy to follow tips. I didnt panic when it curdled and now im hooked on that buttercream. The flavour is second to none.
